Responsibility

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events, including conferences, workshops, and social gatherings, from inception to completion.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and service providers to negotiate contracts, secure competitive pricing, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, requesting quotes, and processing purchase orders for event-related materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
  • Oversee event budgets, track expenses, and provide cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and on-site setup for events.
  • Prepare event briefs, agendas, and post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with PwC’s policies and procedures, as well as local regulations for event management and procurement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, procurement, or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities, with a focus on cost efficiency and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and event management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to handle last-minute changes and challenges.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
