Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events, including conferences, workshops, and social gatherings, from inception to completion.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and service providers to negotiate contracts, secure competitive pricing, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, requesting quotes, and processing purchase orders for event-related materials and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
- Oversee event budgets, track expenses, and provide cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Coordinate logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and on-site setup for events.
- Prepare event briefs, agendas, and post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with PwC’s policies and procedures, as well as local regulations for event management and procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, procurement, or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities, with a focus on cost efficiency and quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and event management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset to handle last-minute changes and challenges.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
