Responsibility
- Plan and coordinate charity events from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and beneficiary needs.
- Engage and manage volunteers, providing clear guidance and support to ensure smooth event operations.
- Oversee the logistics of community marts, including vendor coordination, setup, and on-site management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, sponsors, and community partners.
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and community outreach.
- Monitor and evaluate event success, gathering feedback and implementing improvements for future events.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies during event planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning, preferably in the non-profit or charity sector.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social causes and community engagement.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
