Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of university estate and facilities in Bali.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of campus buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
- Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and university policies.
- Develop and implement efficient estate management procedures and workflows.
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to estate operations, providing cost-effective solutions.
- Liaise with academic and administrative departments to address facility-related needs.
- Prepare reports and presentations on estate performance, projects, and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate, property, or facilities management, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance, contract management, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and estate management software.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for property and facility management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
