Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O across multiple regional markets.
- Act as the primary Solution Architect, providing technical oversight and ensuring best-practice configurations and customizations.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align ERP functionalities with business goals and operational efficiency targets.
- Manage external vendors and internal project teams to ensure milestones are met within scope and budget.
- Oversee data migration strategies, integration planning, and change management initiatives.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to optimize the D365 environment.
- Mentor junior developers and functional consultants on D365 technical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in ERP implementation, with at least 5 years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Proven track record of managing multi-country or regional ERP rollout projects.
- Deep understanding of the D365 ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure integrations, and LCS (Lifecycle Services).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical architecture.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; capable of managing diverse stakeholder groups.
- Professional certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (e.g., MB-300, MB-310) is highly desirable.
