Join Loedige Malaysia as an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Officer and play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and sustainability within our dynamic manufacturing and logistics operations in Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS management systems in compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventive measures to minimize recurrence.
- Design and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, including waste management, energy consumption, and emissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS best practices into daily operations and project planning.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EHS legislation and industry standards, ensuring organizational compliance.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in EHS roles within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent EHS qualifications is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of local EHS regulations (Indonesian and international standards).
- Proven ability to develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EHS software, and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
