Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to expand client reach and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Support the creation of compelling content for digital and print campaigns, including social media, email, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-ups.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Contribute to lead generation efforts through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
