Responsibility
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of mechanical systems and components.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure adherence to quality service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment to prevent downtime.
- Prepare technical reports, schematics, and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Support the development of prototypes and conduct feasibility studies for new designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align engineering solutions with client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, internships, or academic projects.
- Strong foundation in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME) is a plus.
