Responsibility
- Analyze marketing data (e.g., campaign performance, customer behavior) to identify trends and optimize strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and automation initiatives.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and customer engagement.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including reports, presentations, and content for digital platforms.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data-driven marketing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, data analysis, or a similar role (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
