Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in guest rooms, public areas, and operational facilities with minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement preventive maintenance programs and reduce downtime.
- Assist in the installation and upgrading of new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Monitor energy consumption and propose efficiency improvements to support sustainability goals.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of spare parts.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly, prioritizing guest safety and satisfaction.
- Adhere to all local regulations, company policies, and health/safety protocols in all technical operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, hospitality engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is advantageous.
