Karlita Emas is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Engineering Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring that our technical infrastructure meets the highest standards of safety and efficiency. As an Engineering member at Karlita Emas, you will be responsible for overseeing daily technical operations, managing project workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive productivity. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a strong work ethic to help us achieve our operational goals.
Responsibility
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and technical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize operational downtime.
- Monitor and analyze technical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all engineering tasks comply with company safety standards and government regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and external contractors for specialized repair tasks.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintenance logs for management review.
- Assist in the implementation of new technical upgrades and process optimizations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an engineering or technical operations role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of industrial safety protocols and technical maintenance standards.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using standard engineering software/tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to equipment reliability and maintenance.
