Responsibility
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to promote the Sustainable Futures Centre's initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and industry partners.
- Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and events to raise awareness about sustainable design and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI and design thinking into sustainability projects.
- Monitor and report on the impact of engagement activities, ensuring alignment with SUTD's mission.
- Identify funding opportunities and assist in grant writing to support centre initiatives.
- Represent the centre at conferences, forums, and public engagements.
- Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to amplify the centre's reach and influence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, or sustainability initiatives.
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles, planetary design, and innovation ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or partnership development is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI, design thinking, or technology-driven sustainability solutions is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel and engage with diverse stakeholders across regions.
