Responsibility
- Manage and monitor engagement across multiple digital platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and feedback.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to develop and implement engagement strategies that align with company goals.
- Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to improve audience interaction and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Handle night-shift operations, ensuring seamless communication and support for global clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
