Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation workflows.
- Design, build, and deploy HTML emails with a focus on mobile responsiveness and accessibility.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure error-free deployments across all devices and email clients.
- Plan, coordinate, and host webinars, from invitation and registration to live execution and post-event follow-ups.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and internal governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to align email and webinar strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Maintain and update contact databases, ensuring data hygiene and segmentation accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 3+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo), and webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar).
- Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a knack for crafting engaging, conversion-focused content.
- Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, CRM tools, or similar platforms to track and interpret campaign data.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices for data privacy.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong communication and collaboration skills.
