Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy automated email workflows (welcome series, drip campaigns, re-engagement, etc.) using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Segment and analyze customer data to create targeted, personalized email campaigns that improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to align email strategies with brand messaging, lead generation, and customer retention goals.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs (CTR, CTR, bounce rates, ROI) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, and content to refine email effectiveness and engagement.
- Maintain and update CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) to ensure accurate customer data and seamless automation.
- Stay ahead of email marketing trends, compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and best practices to ensure deliverability and legal adherence.
- Generate reports and insights for stakeholders to demonstrate campaign impact and inform future strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 3+ years of experience in email marketing, automation, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho).
- Strong HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization (a plus).
- Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail for crafting compelling copy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with email marketing strategies.
