As part of our mission to expand financial inclusion, you’ll work closely with merchants, banks, and payment gateway providers to deploy EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machines and QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) solutions. Your efforts will empower local businesses—from boutique hotels in Ubud to retail shops in Kuta—to accept seamless, secure digital payments, boosting their efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential merchants (retailers, hotels, restaurants, etc.) to adopt EDC and QRIS payment solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand merchant needs and tailor payment solutions accordingly.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of digital payment systems to business owners and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with merchants, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with banks, fintech partners, and internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and activation of payment systems.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and training merchants on EDC/QRIS usage.
- Track and report sales performance, merchant acquisition targets, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in digital payments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or merchant acquisition, preferably in banking, fintech, payment gateways, EDC, or QRIS.
- Strong understanding of digital payment ecosystems and merchant services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and local merchant networks is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
