Responsibility
- Assist in managing and updating product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplaces like Lazada/Shopee).
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, discounts, and digital campaigns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on e-commerce platforms and escalate complex problems to senior staff.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, returns, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data entry, order management, or customer service is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
