Responsibility
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia.
- Monitor daily sales performance, track KPIs, and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and high satisfaction rates.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, discounts, and campaigns to boost sales.
- Optimize storefronts for search visibility using SEO best practices and platform-specific algorithms.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor activities to recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) managing online stores on Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Tokopedia.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including product listing, order management, and customer service.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce admin panels, analytics tools, and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights to improve performance.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and social media platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
