Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily operations of our online stores on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada, ensuring smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels, update product listings, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Process and track customer orders, handle returns/refunds, and resolve order-related issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize product listings and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, discounts, and campaigns across all e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing are maintained across all platforms to enhance visibility and conversions.
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any shipping-related issues.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce administration, online store management, or a related role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in managing Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada platforms, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and sales analytics to optimize product listings and drive traffic.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid work setting.
