Responsibility
- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, or company website) to maximize visibility and sales.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, bounce rates, CTR) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotions, and email campaigns tailored to the target audience.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and coordinate with logistics to fulfill orders efficiently.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Test and implement new tools, technologies, or platforms to streamline e-commerce operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or local Indonesian marketplaces) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
