Responsibility
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Manage and optimize product listings, including SEO-friendly descriptions, images, and pricing, across platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee).
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., traffic, bounce rate, AOV) using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads), email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and customer service excellence.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
- Implement A/B testing for landing pages, CTAs, and promotional offers to maximize performance.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, ROI, and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and social media management.
- Strong communication and project management skills to coordinate with internal and external teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
