Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth on company portals and Amazon.
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across all digital platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless end-to-end e-commerce operations.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, AOV, CAC) and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee Amazon Seller Central operations, including FBA/FBM management, PPC campaigns, and seller metrics optimization.
- Identify and implement UX/UI improvements to enhance customer journey and reduce cart abandonment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing official brand stores and Amazon marketplace accounts (Seller Central/Vendor Central).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Excellent project management and team leadership abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CRM systems.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
