As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will manage day-to-day operations of our online stores, ensuring that product listings are optimized for search and conversion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch innovative campaigns, analyze sales performance, and implement strategies that keep Akari Lighting at the forefront of the industry. Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, and company website).
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate weekly reports to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design and content teams to create compelling product visuals and descriptions.
  • Optimize store UI/UX to ensure a seamless and engaging customer purchasing journey.
  • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in managing e-commerce backend platforms (e.g., Seller Centers).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising strategies is a significant advantage.
