Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, monitor performance, and drive sales growth across multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and sales trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any operational bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, including improving product listings, optimizing checkout processes, and reducing cart abandonment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, such as order discrepancies, payment failures, and customer complaints, in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing orders, inventory, and customer data.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for e-commerce and a proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
