Responsibility
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies for TikTok Shop and Shopee to drive sales, traffic, and customer acquisition.
- Lead category management, including product selection, pricing, and inventory optimization to maximize profitability.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and loyalty programs to boost conversion rates and customer retention.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., GMV, CTR, ROI) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and brand consistency.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Negotiate with vendors, influencers, and platform partners to secure exclusive deals and collaborations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on TikTok Shop or Shopee.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing large-scale digital marketplace operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience mentoring cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies for e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with inventory management, CRM, and ERP systems is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English.
