Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Tokopedia), ensuring 100% uptime and optimal user experience.
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media) to boost traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., CTR, AOV, CAC) and adjust strategies to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Oversee inventory management, order processing, and third-party logistics (3PL) to ensure timely fulfillment and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to optimize product listings, images, and copy for maximum engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, CTAs, and checkout flows to improve conversion rates.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly, maintaining a 95%+ satisfaction rating.
- Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm updates to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush).
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., TradeGecko, Zoho) and logistics coordination.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a knack for persuasive copywriting.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
