Responsibility
- Develop and implement monthly commercial plans to drive sales growth on Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopee.
- Plan and execute new product launches, including promotional strategies, pricing, and inventory management.
- Optimize product listings, images, and descriptions to improve SEO and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., traffic, sales, CTR) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create data-driven campaigns (e.g., flash sales, bundles, influencer collaborations).
- Manage customer reviews and feedback to enhance brand reputation and trust.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably on Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok Shop.
- Proven track record in developing commercial strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or e-commerce dashboards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and content optimization for online stores.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
