Responsibility
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and email channels.
- Support the team in managing product listings, including copywriting and image optimization for better SEO ranking.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative promotional ideas.
- Help coordinate influencer marketing collaborations and track campaign performance.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports by collecting and analyzing sales data.
- Engage with the community by managing comments and inquiries across social platforms.
- Support the team during major site-wide sales events and seasonal promotions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the e-commerce industry and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media management tools and Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Self-motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude and a hunger for learning.
