You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact promotional campaigns, streamline inventory management, and enhance the overall brand presence in the digital space. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online revenue and market share.
  • Manage end-to-end operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability.
  • Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance data to provide actionable insights for growth.
  • Optimize the user experience (UX) to increase conversion rates and decrease cart abandonment.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to launch effective digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Social, Email) that drive qualified traffic.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep our digital offerings ahead of the curve.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics and marketplace account representatives (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms in the Philippines.
  • Proven expertise in managing online marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, SEO/SEM principles, and e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills with high proficiency in Excel and dashboard reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
