Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online revenue and market share.
- Manage end-to-end operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability.
- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance data to provide actionable insights for growth.
- Optimize the user experience (UX) to increase conversion rates and decrease cart abandonment.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to launch effective digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Social, Email) that drive qualified traffic.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep our digital offerings ahead of the curve.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics and marketplace account representatives (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms in the Philippines.
- Proven expertise in managing online marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, SEO/SEM principles, and e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Exceptional data analysis skills with high proficiency in Excel and dashboard reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
