Responsibility
- Assist in managing and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, or company website).
- Support digital marketing campaigns, including social media content creation, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, sales) to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visuals and copy for promotions and product pages.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Assist in customer service by responding to inquiries, managing reviews, and resolving issues on digital platforms.
- Help coordinate inventory updates and ensure accurate stock levels across all sales channels.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative strategies for improving user experience and sales.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, or SEO principles.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and their role in e-commerce.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
