Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies for Shopee and TikTok Shop, focusing on pharmaceutical product visibility and sales.
- Optimize product listings, SEO, and paid campaigns (e.g., Shopee Ads, TikTok Spark Ads) to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
- Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless end-to-end e-commerce operations.
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CAC, AOV) and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Manage promotions, flash sales, and influencer partnerships to boost brand awareness and sales velocity.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical e-commerce regulations and platform policies.
- Create engaging content (copy, images, videos) tailored to Shopee and TikTok’s algorithmic preferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in e-commerce growth marketing, preferably in Shopee, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing for marketplace environments.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, health, or FMCG sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Analytics) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for digital audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, part-time role with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Indonesian e-commerce regulations, especially for restricted categories.
- Strong communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
