Responsibility
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom solutions) to ensure seamless user experiences and maximum conversion rates.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media advertising to drive traffic and sales.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, bounce rates, AOV) and implement data-driven improvements to enhance online store performance.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and IT teams to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory synchronization across all channels.
- Oversee customer journey mapping, from browsing to checkout, and implement UX/UI best practices to reduce cart abandonment.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep Azure Telecommunication at the forefront of e-commerce innovation.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, payment gateways, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Create compelling content (product descriptions, blogs, videos) to engage customers and improve SEO rankings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
- Proven 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the telecom or tech industry.
- Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Excellent understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, and social media marketing to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic HTML/CSS is advantageous.
