Are you a digital-savvy professional with a passion for online retail? PG Mall Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our online store performance, enhancing user experience, and driving sales growth across our digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketplace operations, digital marketing trends, and consumer behavior. You will be responsible for end-to-end e-commerce management, from product listing and inventory monitoring to executing promotional campaigns. Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate information, pricing, and high-quality imagery across the platform.
  • Coordinate and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, inventory levels, and stock replenishment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze e-commerce data and generate performance reports to identify trends and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and customer service to resolve operational issues.
  • Optimize store visibility through SEO best practices and effective keyword management.
  • Provide prompt and professional support to resolve vendor or customer inquiries regarding store operations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce management or marketplace operations (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, or PG Mall).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with e-commerce back-end management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving abilities.
