Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize company websites, marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada), and social commerce platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, IT) to enhance user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze KPIs (traffic, CTR, conversion rates, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable reports.
- Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid search performance.
- Stay updated with e-commerce and digital marketing best practices and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing online stores, marketplaces, or digital ad campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with content creation, A/B testing, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Indonesian e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.) is highly advantageous.
