Responsibility
- Manage and update e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) with product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, email marketing, and SEO optimization.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone, resolving inquiries and building brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock management and timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce administration, digital marketing, or customer service.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Excel, or similar data tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM software is a plus.
