Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently through our e-commerce platform.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock information to prevent discrepancies.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve order-related issues, including refunds, returns, and exchanges, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing and packaging orders for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Track and report on order fulfillment metrics, including delivery times and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve product listings and customer communications.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, order fulfillment, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and order management systems.
- Familiarity with inventory management tools and basic data entry skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and shipping processes is a plus.
