Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve order-related issues, including refunds, returns, and exchanges, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing and packaging orders for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Track and report on order fulfillment metrics, including delivery times and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve product listings and customer communications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, order fulfillment, or customer service roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
