Responsibility
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, or company website) with accurate descriptions, images, and SEO-optimized content.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.
- Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any logistical issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via email, chat, or social media, providing professional and empathetic support.
- Analyze sales data, traffic trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain and update the e-commerce backend, including pricing, promotions, and payment gateways.
- Stay updated on e-commerce best practices, platform algorithms, and industry trends to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) in e-commerce administration, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in the wellness or herbal products industry.
- Strong familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Tokopedia, Shopee) and basic CMS tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian for customer interactions and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization for product listings and digital content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales reports, Google Analytics, or similar tools to drive data-informed decisions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for natural health products, sustainability, or eco-friendly brands is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team.
