Responsibility
- Manage and update product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Lazada).
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and SEO to enhance visibility and conversions.
- Stay updated on e-commerce best practices and platform algorithm changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce administration, marketplace management, or a related role.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, WooCommerce, Shopify).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in English and Indonesian.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and content creation is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (preferably Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
