Responsibility
- Upload and update product listings on the online shop with accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and SEO-optimized content.
- Source and edit product images from reliable online resources to enhance visual appeal.
- Manage customer inquiries, respond to chats, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process and pack orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Maintain daily sales records, track inventory levels, and generate reports for management review.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products through social media and other digital channels.
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce administration, product uploads, or online shop management.
- Strong familiarity with image sourcing, editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop), and digital content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle complaints and inquiries diplomatically.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales tracking (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a plus).
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate (preferred).
