Responsibility
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, or company website).
- Process and track online orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, discounts, and digital campaigns.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and SEO to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and platform performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce administration or a related field.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or local Indonesian marketplaces).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
