Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail or promotional settings to introduce and demonstrate products effectively.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and team members to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product presentations, sampling, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to report back to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Ensure promotional materials, displays, and booths are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotions seamlessly.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, retail, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (additional local language proficiency is a plus).
- Outgoing, confident, and customer-focused with a passion for sales and brand representation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by promotional schedules.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
