Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive brand awareness and revenue growth in the Bali market.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, digital marketing) to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, with a focus on high-margin products/services.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital services.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or currently based in the region (remote/hybrid options may be considered).
