Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s luxury retail and consumer products market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, luxury goods, or consumer products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and sales techniques.
