Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share in Bali and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and tailored solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring seamless order processing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management and conversion optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with brand messaging and lead-generation efforts.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert consultative selling.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, preferably in B2B, retail, or digital markets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong customer relationship management (CRM) and pipeline development abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with Bali’s business ecosystem or willingness to relocate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
