Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) with engaging content, community interaction, and performance analytics.
- Create compelling content (blogs, videos, graphics, newsletters) aligned with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and promotions to enhance customer engagement and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Provide executive support in presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or brand management.
- Proven track record in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or SEO platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
