Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for events, including digital campaigns, social media, and traditional outreach.
- Lead end-to-end event planning, from concept and budgeting to vendor coordination and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event themes with brand identity and business objectives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, sponsors, and local partners, to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Oversee content creation (e.g., promotional materials, press releases, and multimedia assets) to maximize engagement.
- Analyze post-event performance using KPIs (e.g., attendance, ROI, social media metrics) and present insights for future improvements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in event marketing, leveraging innovative tools and platforms to enhance reach.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies for all event-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp) and CRM software.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
