Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in the retail and wellness sectors.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising to maximize ROI.
- Create and oversee content production, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure aligned messaging and seamless execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and report on results.
- Organize and execute events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage relationships with influencers, vendors, and media outlets to amplify reach and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail, wellness, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and measurable results in digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Experience with content creation, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools is highly desirable.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
