Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Manage digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content (blogs, videos, graphics) aligned with brand voice and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, conversion metrics) to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Build and nurture partner relationships to expand market reach and co-marketing opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and customer needs.
- Organize and execute events, webinars, or promotions to boost lead generation and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital or B2B environment.
- Proven track record in campaign management and performance analysis (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms, SEO tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush).
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian markets is highly advantageous.
