Responsibility
- Host engaging live streaming sessions to showcase products, highlighting key features and benefits in a persuasive manner.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a sense of community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live content with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Prepare and rehearse scripts or talking points to ensure smooth, professional, and high-energy presentations.
- Monitor audience engagement metrics (e.g., views, likes, shares) and adapt content strategies to maximize impact.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver accurate and compelling information.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions, ensuring minimal disruptions to the viewer experience.
- Provide post-stream reports and feedback to improve future sessions.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus).
- Strong on-camera presence with a confident, energetic, and authentic delivery style.
- Basic technical proficiency with live streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Instagram Live, YouTube) and tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to improvise and adapt to audience reactions in real-time.
- Passion for sales, marketing, or content creation, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet, well-lit space for streaming.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with peak audience times.
