Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee) with high energy and professionalism.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and encouraging purchases.
- Showcase fashion products, particularly footwear, with compelling storytelling and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align live content with campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, especially in the footwear category, to provide relevant and exciting content.
- Build and maintain a loyal audience by fostering a positive, interactive, and trustworthy community.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions and ensure seamless broadcasts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live streamer, host, or presenter, preferably in e-commerce or fashion.
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Deep understanding of fashion trends, with a specialized focus on footwear (e.g., sneakers, luxury shoes, casual styles).
- Tech-savvy with familiarity using live streaming tools, OBS, or e-commerce platform dashboards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate peak audience times.
- Creative thinker with the ability to improvise and adapt content based on audience feedback.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of converting viewers into customers.
