Responsibility
- Develop and produce high-quality short-form video content (e.g., reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) showcasing YSS motorcycle suspension products, features, and benefits.
- Host live streaming sessions to engage with audiences, share product knowledge, and drive real-time sales conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with brand messaging, campaigns, and promotional goals.
- Research and stay updated on motorcycle trends, industry news, and competitor content to ensure fresh and relevant material.
- Edit and optimize videos for maximum engagement, using SEO best practices for titles, descriptions, and hashtags.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) to refine content strategy.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback during and after live sessions.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing creative concepts for product launches, tutorials, and customer testimonials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Producer, or Live Host, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and basic graphic design tools.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and their algorithms for content optimization.
- Passion for motorcycles and suspension systems (prior knowledge of YSS products is a plus).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Malay, are advantageous).
- Portfolio or samples of previous work (e.g., videos, live streams) demonstrating creativity and engagement.
